1. Submit Your Problems Online

Our submissions form is easy and simple to use. You can even upload files if necessary. Don't forget to name your price!

2. Pay For Your Problems

Upon receipt of your problems, and acceptance of  your offer, we will send you an invoice via PayPal, the world’s number one processor of online payments. (If you do not receive an email within 12 hours of your submission, please check your junk folder or contact us)

3. Receive Your Explanations

We will send you detailed explanations for your problems via an email link. The explanations will be provided in the document format of your choice (Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Open Document Format (.odt), etc). Your explanations will be available for 48 hours to download online. After 48 hours, the link to your explanations will be deactivated.

What happens if my computer crashes or I lose my downloaded explanations?

No problem! For no additional fee, we will also keep your explanations for you in our backup system for 3 months (90 days). In the event that you need us to resend an explanation, just mention:
